• Information you give us: name, email, phone number, company (for corporate or affiliate inquiries), message content, stay dates and guest counts, and your SMS consent choice.
• Booking information: reservations are processed by our booking provider, Hospitable (booking.hospitable.com), which collects payment and guest details under its own privacy policy. We receive reservation details needed to host your stay.
• Phone calls: calls to (360) 822-2473 may be answered by an AI receptionist and are recorded and transcribed for quality and follow-up.
• Automatic information: basic device, browser and page-visit data, and advertising/analytics pixels (for example Meta Pixel) that measure site visits and inquiries.

How we use it

To answer inquiries, manage bookings and stays, send messages you asked for (including texts if you opted in), improve our website and service, measure advertising, and comply with law.

How we share it
